items will be dispatched within 5 business days after the payment is cleared.

Warranty and Service

(a)   7 days return policy

We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOA's must be contact/return to us within 7 days.

If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

We do not accept any item return by human factors damage, like disassemble or refit, etc.

b) one year free warranty

We provide 12 months warranty on our products from the date you purchased, this warranty covers the LED board itself, not include accessories.

Any damage caused by human behavior is not covered by warranty, but we can offer repair service on a reasonable cost.
